Esther Charlene Turner, 56 of Wesley passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Northwest Medical Center. She was born September 18, 1964 in Kirkwood, Missouri to Charles and Christine (Hoskins) Bell.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Nick Roflow and Benjamin Roflow; two brothers, James Case and Richard Bell and two sisters, Edith Case and Mary Alice.
